Prices do not include third-party platform fees, hosting costs, or ongoing maintenance unless explicitly stated. Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone payments, or full upfront payment) will be set out in the order confirmation. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
If you are a consumer contracting for Services at a distance, you may have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, generally within 14 days of order confirmation, unless work has already commenced with your express consent and acknowledgement that this right is lost once the Services are fully performed.
Business clients may cancel an order in accordance with the specific cancellation terms set out in their order confirmation. Any work already completed at the time of cancellation may be chargeable.
